Sparks

In an ever-faster paced world, it is becoming increasingly important to have the right skills to adapt to new tools and ways of working. sparks, an app launched by Haufe Akademie, the leading provider of professional development in Germany, embraces the popular bite-sized learning approach: just five minutes a day.

At A Color Bright, I led the design of the app, evolving it from an early MVP to a defined visual language that could scale seamlessly from mobile to desktop. Together with an internal team, who also created the app’s content, we developed intuitive UX patterns and engaging training modules ranging from quizzes to weekly podcasts. As the content production grew, we defined the art direction for generative illustrations to visualize abstract topics such as communication, self-management, resilience, and learning agility.
